This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Sonu @ Chudi seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.203 of 2025, under Sections 317(4), 112(2) B.N.S. and 3/25 Arms Act, 1955 Police Station- Noida Sector-39, District- Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and prior enmity with the police personnel. Applicant is languishing in jail since 28.4.2025. It is submitted that simple items like toothpaste, soap, coriander powder etc were recovered from the possession of accused applicant and other co-accused persons who are named in the FIR.
