Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajeev Kumar Saini, learned counsel for the first informant, Shri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Yogendra @ Billoo, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 454 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 238, 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Khekra, District- Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 04.01.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Smt, Rajesh and Tanu @ Jyoti have already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 22.07.2025 and 29.07.2025 pass
