The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Roop Singh @ Heeru with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.26 of 2021, under Sections 323, 354A, 427, 452, 504, 506, 34, 325 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Amrahat, District- Kanpur Dehat, during pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Accused applicant is languishing in jail since 4.4.2025.
