This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Riyaj, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 117 of 2025, under Section(s) 64, 75(1), 78(1), 333 B.N.S., registered at P.S. Nagra, District- Ballia. 4. The F.I.R. of the matter was lodged on 17.4.2025 by Smt. Saroj Devi against the applicant alleging therein that the applicant (Riyaj) used to trouble her daughter and used to pressurize her for marrying him. Yesterday at about 11:00 p.m. he entered into her house and was forcing her daughter. She saw and then locked the door and called the police on 112 number and handed him over to the police. She has apprehension that he may allure and entice her daughter away. Her report b
