The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0048 of 2023, under Sections 302, 120B IPC, Police Station Meja, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and first bail application of applicant has been dismissed by this Court on merit vide order dated 26.07.2023 but he is pressing the instant second bail application mainly on the ground that applicant is in jail since 13.02.2023 i.e. for last more than two and half years and till date trial of the case could not be concluded. 5.
