The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Bhawani Shankar @ Bhola Luhar with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.16 of 2024, under Sections 351(3), 79, 308(2) B.N.S. and 67A of I.T. Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Lalitpur, District- Lalitpur, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Accused applicant is languishing in jail since 24.8.2024. It is submitted that initially the FIR was registered in unknown. It has been stated in the FIR that an unknown person had intimidated the daughter of the informant from mobile numbers which are mentioned in the FIR.
