The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant-accused in S.T. No.859 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.244 of 2021, under Sections 498A, 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Khaga, District- Fatehpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is husband of deceased and the marriage of deceased with applicant has taken place in the year 2013 and out of that marriage they have two children. The alleged incident took place on 22.07.2021. It was stated that in the post- mortem report except ligature mark no other injury has been shown on the body of deceased.
