This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Akram, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.0184 of 2025, under Sections 317(2) B.N.S. and 8/20/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Nawabganj, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has not committed any offence as alleged in the First Information Report. He is languishing in jail since 27.4.2025. It is stated in the FIR that 24 Kg 300 gram ganja has been recovered from the possession of the accused which is little more to commercial quantity.
