By means of this bail application, applicant Dinesh, who is involved in Case Crime No. 162 of 2024, under Sections 34, 354, 506 IPC, Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Section 67 I.T. Act and Section 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, police station Faizganj Behta, district Budaun, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. As per prosecution case, in brief, complainant, who is brother of the victim, lodged an F.I.R. on 20.04.2024 against five persons, namely, Gulab, Subhash, Rohit, Jugendra and Poonam making allegation inter alia of committing misdeed with his sister by the accused persons.
