The instant bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS at the instance of the applicant Manvendra Singh @ Gaya Singh has been filed seeking the enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 336 of 2024, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 352, 302, 307 IPC, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar during the pendency of the trial in the court below. The bail application of the applicant before the court below was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar, vide order dated 22.11.2024 and the applicant is stated to be incarcerated jail since 10.07.2024. 3.
