Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Aditya Yadav, learned counsel for applicant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for State. 2. Applicant has again approached this Court by way of filing present bail application in Case Crime No.340 of 2020, under Sections 147, 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Bilhaur, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. I have perused the status report dated 12.06.2010. Now the prosecution has examined 7 witnesses and now has proposed only Investigating Officer for examination, therefore, the trial is at fag end and as such, the period of behind bar which is five years cannot be considered to be as a prolong detention period. 4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. However, it is observed that if trial is not concluded within 8 months, applicant will have liberty to approach this Court or Trial Court along with status of trial. 5. Accordingly, bail application is disposed of with aforesaid observation
