Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.393 of 2022, under Sections 302, 201, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Ahraula, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application of the applicant. First bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2024. 5. Learned State Law Officer has submitted that six witnesses have already been examined during trial. 6.
