This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nitesh Chaudhary, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Sections 302, 307, 452, 34, 147 IPC, Police Station- Nebua Naurangia, District- Kushinagar. 3.
