This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashish @ Raj, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 556 of 2024, under Sections 103 (2), 238, 309 (6), 3 (5), 61 (2), 127 (2), 317 (2) BNS, Police Station- Akabarpur, District- Kanpur Dehat. 3.
