This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Mohd Azharuddin seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.529 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 313 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Bilsi, District Budaun. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number due to matrimonial dispute/family dispute and is languishing in jail since 06.02.2025.
