Court No. - 66 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Shashank Singh, Advocate, brief holder for the State-Respondent and perused the record. By means of the bail application, the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 135 of 1987 at Police Station Jasrana, District Firozabad, under Sections147, 149, 498-A, 302, 201 of IPC. The applicant is in jail since 21.10.2025. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 18.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first information report was lodged with malicious intention after elapsed of a period of about fifteen days after the alleged incident. The deceased was admitted in hospital on 29.04.1987 and due to premature labour pain, after discharge from hospital on 08.05.1987, she expired on next day.
