This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant Vipina @ Vipin, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.210 of 2020, u/s 302/34, 120- B, 506 IPC, P.S. Malpura, District Agra. 3. This is a second bail application. The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.48820 of 2023. 4. The records show that even previously on 24.3.2025, there was no representation from the side of the applicant to press this bail application and following order was passed:- "1. List revised. 2.
