Sharma, III Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 462 of 1983 (State of U.P. Vs. Puttu & Ors.), convicting and sentencing the appellant no.1 - Puttu Lal to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302; to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 448 and to undergo one month rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 323 IPC. Also, the learned court below has convicted and sentenced appellant nos. 2 and 3 namely Ram Murti and Chhatrapal to undergo six months rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 448 and to undergo one month rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 323 IPC. 2. Present appeal has been filed on behalf of three appellants. The appeal filed on behalf of appell
