By way of this appeal appellants have challenged their conviction under sections 302/149, 147 IPC and their sentence for imprisonment for life under section 302/149 IPC and rigorous imprisonment for one year under section 147 IPC by the learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Session Trial No. 428 of 1983. 3.
