This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 21.02.1985 passed by Shri Brahm Singh, learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No.614 of 1983 (State Vs. Rampal Singh and others), convicting all the accused appellants under Section 302/34 I.P.C. and sentencing them to imprisonment for life. 2. Earlier, the appeal was declared abated on behalf of the appellant No.1- Rampal Singh and appellant No.3-Shivraj Singh, vide order dated 21.07.2025. 3. Further, in compliance to the last order dated 08.09.2025, C.J.M., Shahjahanpur has reported, the sole surviving appellant No.2-Rajvir Singh has died on 21.08.2025. 4.
