Heard Ms. Seema Pandey, learned Amicus Curiae for the appellants and Shri Amit Sinha, learned AGA for the State. 2. This criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellants Ravindra, Rishipal, Satendra and Brij Bhushan against the judgment dated 30.1.1984 passed in Sessions Trial No.257 of 1981 (State vs. Ravindra and Ors.). Appellants Ravindra and Rishipal were convicted and sentenced to six months' R.I. each under Section 147 IPC, two years R.I. under Section 201 IPC and imprisonment for life under Section 302/149 IPC. Appellants Satendra and Brij Bhushan were convicted and sentenced to one year's R.I. under Section 148 IPC, two years' R.I. under Section 201 IPC and imprisonment for life under Section 302/149 IPC.
