The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun vide his letter dated 19.08.2025 has informed this Court that the sole appellant-Jagdish @ Kallan has already passed away on 23.03.2021. 4. In verification of his death, death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police Report dated 19.08.2025 of Police Station Bilsi, District Budaun has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant-Jagdish @ Kallan has already expired, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
