Similarly, appellant No.2 Kamta has been convicted under Sections 148, 302/149, 323/149 and has been sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for transportation of life under Section 302/149 I.P.C., one year rigorous imprisonment under Section 323/149 I.P.C. and two years rigorous imprisonment under Section 148 I.P.C.
