Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 21.12.1984 passed by Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Moradabad in Sessions Trial No. 520 of 1983, convicting the appellants under Section 302/149 and 148 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/149 IPC and to undergo rigorous imprisonment two years for the offence under Section 148 IPC. 2. The appeal has been filed on behalf of four appellants. By earlier order, the appeal filed on behalf of appellant nos. 1, 3 and 4 was declared abated. 3. In compliance to the last order, the learned CJM, Sambhal, vide his report dated 13.08.2025 has reported that sole surviving appellant no.2 - Ram Sewak is dead. 4.
