Pandey, learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Meerut, in Sessions Trial No.63 of 1981 (State vs. Prem Singh, Madan, Vijay, Ratanu, Rajendra Ved, Gopal and Mangte), whereby the learned court below has convicted all the accused persons under Section 147 I.P.C. and sentenced them to six months rigorous imprisonment. Further, they have been held guilty under Section 302 I.P.C. for the murder of Shambhu, and awarded life sentence with rigorous imprisonment, together with fine Rs.1,000/- each with default sentence of three months.
