The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly vide his letter dated 11.09.2024 has informed to this Court that appellant No.2 namely, Hariom has passed away on 01.12.2020. Further, appellant No.1 namely, Smt. Ramkali has also passed away on 19.12.1998. In verification to the death of Hariom, death certificate issued by the Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Insofar as the other appellant No.1-Smt. Ramkali is concerned, a certificate has been issued by the Hindu Society Service Trust, Bareilly indicating therein her death on 19.12.1998 and a corresponding certificate dated 8.2.1999 issued by the Health Department, State of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Further statement of Chandrabhaan, brother of the deceased Hariom and son of deceased Ram Kali has also been annexed. Police report submitted by the sub-inspector, Vaibhav Gupta has also been annexed. 2. Learned A.G.A. for the State
