Act)/Additional Sessions Judge, Siddharth Nagar in Sessions Trial No.192 of 2 2011 (State of U.P. Vs. Arvind Sharma @ Pinku), arising out of Case Crime No.322 of 2011, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station–Pathara Bazar, District– Siddharth Nagar, whereby the appellant has been sentenced to life imprisonment under Section 302 IPC along with fine of Rs.15,000/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo three months imprisonment. 3.
