Present criminal appeal arises from the judgement and order dated 08.08.1984 passed by Sri O.P. Jain, learned IVth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mainpuri, in Sessions Trial No. 394 of 1983 (State vs. Kunwar Pal, Vishwanath Singh and Raj Bahadur). By that order, learned Court below has convicted the present appellant Vishwanath Singh for offence under Section 302 I.P.C. It has also convicted the other appellants Kunwar Pal Singh and Raj Bahadur for offence under Section 302/34 I.P.C. It has sentenced all the appellants with life imprisonment. 3.
