Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 26.06.1985 passed by Sri Sanwal Singh, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 94 of 1985, convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo life imprisonment. 2. The appeal has been filed by the sole appellant - Chutkunnu Singh. By earlier order, living status report was called to ascertain the living status of the sole appellant. 3. The learned CJM, Shahjahanpur, vide his communication dated 04.09 .2025 (in the lead case being Criminal Appeal No. 1848 of 2025) informs that the sole appellant is dead. 4.
