The present appeal arises from the judgment and order dated 09.05.1985 passed by Shri M.M.H. Siddiqi, learned Sessions Judge, Pilibhit in Sessions Trial No. 40 of 1984, State Vs. Chunni Lal and others, under Sections 302 read with Section 34 and 307 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., Police Station Gajraula, District Pilibhit. 3. By the impugned judgment and order, the learned Court below convicted the accused Chunni Lal, Smt. Ram Dei and Jasoda Devi for offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and sentenced them to undergo imprisonment for life for the murder of Mewa Ram, Smt. Gulab Devi (daughter of the informant-Natthu Lal (P.W.-1)) and Prem Shanker, under Section 307 read with Section 34 I.P.C. and sentenced
