Kackar, learned Sessions Judge, Saharanpur in Sessions Trial No.236 of 1983, convicting the accused appellant-Prem Giri under Section 302 I.P.C. and sentencing him to life imprisonment. 2. Compliance to the earlier order, 01.09.2025, the C.J.M., Bareilly vide his report dated 19.09.2025 has reported, the sole appellant-Prem Giri died about three years ago. 3.
