TRIVEDI Date : 15/09/2025 ORAL JUDGMENT [1] This appeal is filed under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘the Code’) by the State of Gujarat challenging the judgment and order of acquittal recorded by the learned Special Judge (Atrocity), Gandhinagar dated 24.04.2007, whereby the respondents - accused have come to be acquitted of the charges levelled against them. [2] As such, along with accused Nos. 2 and 3, one Ranji
