Heard. 2. This is an application seeking review of a judgment dated 11.11.2021 passed in Special Appeal Defective No.379 of 2021. 3. The contention of the applicants' Counsel is two fold; firstly that the cut off dated 01.01.2013 mentioned in the paragraph No.16 of the judgment dated 11.11.2021 has been reviewed in the case of similarly situated persons in Civil Misc. Review Application No.5 of 2024 vide order dated 11.07.2024, therefore, the said benefit be given to the applicants also as against this, the Counsel for the respondents says that the order dated 11.07.2024 passed in Civil Misc. Review Application No.5 of 2024 has been challenged before Hon'ble the Supreme Court by means of a Special Leave Petition which is pending, however, there is no interim order therein.
