Sri Avinash Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent says that the said judgment was challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP no.39161 of 2023, which was withdrawn with liberty to file a review application. Accordingly, this review application has been filed. 3. We have heard the counsel for the applicant seeking review and have also gone through the ground for review taken in the review application but we do not find any ground analogous to the principles contained in Order 47 Rule 1 CPC for reviewing the judgment.
