Petitioner has assailed order dated 07.02.2024 of the learned trial court, whereby holding that the plaint was liable to rejected under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on account of defective valuation, the learned trial court granted 30 days to the petitioner/plaintiff to rectify the valuation. On the very first date of hearing of the present petition, operation of the impugned order was stayed by the predecessor bench till next date and that order continues on date to date basis.
