Present Letters Patent Appeals have been filed challenging the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15795/2023 & W.P.(C) 13856/2024 titled “Azad Market RWA (REGD) Through its General Secretary vs. MCD & Ors.” (hereinafter referred to as “impugned judgement”), whereby the learned Single Judge passed a common judgement imposing a cost of Rs.10,00,000/- on the appellant herein, to be paid through its General Secretary, Mr. Anil Lodhi, for abusing and misusing the process of the Court by filing petitions in relation to unauthorised construction under the guise of social work, while using the particulars of an unregistered NGO Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed LPA 595 & 597 of 2025 Page 1 of 16 By:YASHRAJ Signing Date:24.09.2025 16:05:04 to further their cause, which on the face of the record, are riddled with oblique motives. 2.
