This appeal is directed against order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the Commercial Court, Jhansi under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') whereby the application filed by the respondent has been allowed and the appellants have been restrained from invoking the bank guarantee amounting to Rs. 2,42,83,729/-. 2.
