The only prayer in this petition is for a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the post confirmation petition dated 8 August 2025 preferred by the petitioner. 2. Though the respondents were under the impression, as they submit, that the petition has not been received in the office of the Director General, Mr. Sheel has pointed out from Annexure P-8 to the petitioner that it was officially forwarded. It is now for the respondent to ensure that the petition is dealt with. 3.
