This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 12.09.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 3483/2025, titled Sachin Kumar & Ors. v. DSSSB, whereby the learned Tribunal directed the respondents to accept the offline application forms pursuant to Advertisement No. 02/2024 dated 31.07.2025, from candidates belonging to the General Category who are 40 years of age or below; the OBC Category who Signature Not Verified Signed By:RENUKA W.P.(C) 14327/2025 Page 1 of 2 NEGI Signing Date:23.09.2025 20:35:54 are 43 years of age or below; and candidates belonging to the SC/ST Category who are 45 years of age or below. 2. On the last date of hearing, that is, 19.09.2025, we recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar O.As., including O.A. No. 3482/2025, tilted Manish Yadav v. DSSSB, a Coordinate Bench of the learned Tribunal had granted complete Interim relief to the applicants therein for making application without any age limit.
