The present application is the second bail application filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 189/2023, registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, under Sections 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 19851 and Section 14 Foreigners Act, 1946. 2.
