Second Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cr.PC’)/Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Ziyauddin, for grant of Anticipatory Bail in FIR No. 253/2024 dated 19.07.2024 under Section 380/420/448/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’) registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg. 2. It is submitted that the two Anticipatory Bail Applications filed by the Applicant, were dismissed by the learned Sessions Court on 10.09.2024 and 13.02.2025 respectively. He had filed Bail Application No. 930/2025 for grant of Anticipatory Bail before this Court, which was withdrawn
