Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking setting aside of the award under the Request for Proposal bearing No. GEM/2022/B/2690078 dated 04.11.2022 (hereinafter referred to as “RFP”) floated by the respondent authority, to any other entity apart from the petitioner, and to stay the said RFP/tender process.
