Considering the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to rejection of application for grant of consent to operate under relevant provisions of the statutes referred in the order dated 30.09.2024, the requisite documents and formalities have been completed and as Sri Ashok Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the respondents says that the Board will consider the application of the petitioner accordingly taking into consideration the subsequent formalities completed by the petitioner and a fresh decision would be taken, we dispose
