Present petition has been filed to challenge the order dated 11.09.2024 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. 3. Besides the standard preliminary objection, the present petition is not maintainable, in face of statutory remedies available, Sri Shukla informs that the petitioner has also filed a Civil Suit No. 570 of 2025 (Kunnal Jain and others Vs.Skytech Matrott Pvt.
