HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Shri Ram Jeet Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and Shri Awadhesh Kumar Pal, learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3. 2. Present petition has been filed against the recovery proceedings initiated against the petitioners. 3. At the outset learned counsel for the bank states that at present bank is claiming Rs. 14,64,600/- as due outstanding from the petitioners. At the same time, if the petitioners were to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of 15 days from today, the bank is willing to regularize the loan account of the petitioners subject to their continuing to pay timely EMI towards repayment of the loan. 4. The above offer made by learned counsel for the bank is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction subject to the petitioners deposit
