In such circumstances having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ashish Kumar Gupta, Advocate holding brief of learned counsel for the distribution corporation and learned Standing Counsel, it is seen, the petitioner claims refund of Rs. 9,00,000/-; Rs. 1,58,508/- and Rs. 5,29,254/-, totalling to Rs. 15,87,762/- together with interest. In that regard, it has made a claim before respondent no.3 on 09.09.2024. It has remained pending. 3.
