Petitioner claims to be the exclusive owner of house property being House no. 5D/18, Albatiya, Shahganj, Agra. According to her, the said property is not mortgaged to the bank. However, for reasons best known to the bank, it is seeking to dispossess the petitioner from that property, claiming it as 'security interest' i.e. House no. 5D/4, Jule Bling, Khasra no.104, Nagla Alvatiya, Tehsil and District Agra, that was mortgaged to the bank by Smt.
