HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard Sri Sahil Srivastava learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Avinash Jaiswal learned counsel for the respondent bank. 2. After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the bank to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically as the petitioner is a 65 years lady suffering from paralysis. 3. In that regard, it has been submitted, the petitioner is willing to repay the principal amount but that she is not in a position to pay any amount towards interest. 4. It may be noted, at present, the petitioner is willing to pay Rs. 3,43,000/- whereas the bank is demanding Rs. 4,25,000/-. Thus, the difference between the amount that the petitioner is willing to repay and the amount respondent bank is demanding is about 82000/- 5. In view of the above, present writ petition
