Challenge has been raised to the show cause notice dated 12.09.2025 issued to the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act 2002. 3. Preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Asthana that the present petition is not maintainable. The petitioner has adequate statutory remedies under the said Act. 4. At present, learned counsel for the petitioner has offered to repay the entire amount in one year. Such that, he would deposit 1/4 amount within two months from today.
