This writ petition has been filed praying inter alia for the following relief: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing respondent no. 2 to decide the application dated 27.02.2025 of petitioners according to the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 and pay the amount of compensation of the acquired land of Gata No. 52 area 0.0730 hectare and Gata No. 53 area 0.2100 hectare, in respect of the acquired land within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are recorded tenure holders of the aforesaid Gata Nos. 52 and 53, which has been utilized by the respondents for laying Nautanwa By-pass at District Maharajgan
